I’m your postpartum doula, your after-birth bestie. I’m here to help you feel supported, nourished, and cared for in those tender early weeks, with the kind of love and expertise that makes everything feel a little lighter.

Loss whether through miscarriage or abortion is deeply personal, and no two journeys are the same. During this unpredictable time, I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you feel held, seen, and cared for. My role is to create a safe space where you can rest and process at your own pace. Together, we might focus on: Gentle emotional support and active listening so you never feel alone in your experience. Holistic comfort practices such as guided relaxation, breathwork, or grounding psychological therapy to ease stress and anxiety. Practical care like meal prep, herbal teas, and nourishment to support your healing body. Rest support whether that’s helping with household tasks, soothing care, or simply sitting in stillness with you. Connection to resources and referrals if you’d like additional physical, emotional, or spiritual support. This is not about rushing your healing it’s about having someone beside you who honors your journey, your body, and your heart.
